◪ Wing mounting
1. Wing installation pattern Refer to the figure below, insert the wing into the fuselage from the slots on both sides of the fuselage.
2. Remove the cover and secure the wing from the body aluminum plate with matching screws (note the transmission gear butt).

Operation panel and buttons

6. De-Electrostatic switch: Turn on the electrostatic dust removal, the electrostatic dust removal starts, and the ion rod starts to blow air to remove the electrostatic work.
7. Motor start switch: Turn on the switch and the equipment conveyor belt starts to run.
8. Counter: Current equipment running output, the number can be set. When the preset quantity is reached buzzer alarm prompt.
◪ Connect the power cord: single-phase AC 220V 5A. please plug into a socket with grounding (3 holes ). If there is only a 2-hole outlet, plug into a 2P outlet, but a grounding wire is required for safety.
◪ Observe whether the sticky paper roll is installed correctly.
◪ Observe whether the working position of sticky paper roll and dust removal rubber roller is correct.
◪ Air hose connection: use φ8 air hose to access the machine (air pressure range 3-5KG).

▍ Sticky paper roll cleaning method.

4. If the equipment is not used for a long time, all the adjustment knobs should be relaxed to prevent the spring from permanent deformation and affect the performance of the components.
Daily Maintenance

Monthly Maintenance
1. Check if the motor rotation is abnormal.

4. Check whether the motor is running normally and whether the speed regulation is accurate.
5. Drive chain oiling, sprocket oiling.
Semi-Annual Maintenance
