The screw-type mesh stretching mechanism comprises a workbench and stretched meshes fixed at the two ends of the top side of the workbench; a silk screen with the two ends fixed by clamp plates are tightly propped against the stretched meshes; screw rods fixedly connected with the bottom ends of the clamp plates are mounted on a pillar below the workbench; hand wheels are fixedly connected with the screw rods. The screw-type mesh stretching mechanism is reasonable in design, solves the problem of cooperation of the silkscreen and the stretched meshes, ensures that a pulling force applied on the edge of a metal screen by a mesh stretching device is uniform, and can meet the mesh stretching operation with relatively high. requirements on precision and automation.

Main Features

Operating instructions
1.Check whether the clamp mouth is clamped before use
to prevent the mesh from withdrawing when pulling it. If it is loose, tighten the clamp screws first.
2. The 4 diagonal collets should be evenly distributed. After the 4 diagonal mesh is clamped ,the mesh should be relaxed.
3. When pulling the mesh, it is generally pulled vertically first and then horizontally. It should be divided into three times, pull and relax for every time.
4. The mesh frame should be viscose first and then put the mesh and pull the mesh after the glue is a little dry and the pull pressure should notexceed0.2Mpa.
5. When pulling the mesh,such as uneven cloth resulting in the tension imbalance he chuck can be relaxed so that the net is loose and the clamping can achieve the purpose of balance after exiting.
6. Frame is 20 mm higher than the mesh which can make the glue stick more tightly.
