Servo control tension : conveyor is driven by servo power rolling to work with structural EPC, tension control is adopted self-development vertical servo tension control.
Equalized control : printing head carriage is adopted equalized pressure control : squeegee / flood coater digital equalizing pressure system control, enable to preset digital pressure on HMI (3~62 kgf).
Leveling high accuracy : table is made of thick Aluminum alloyed plate with precise machining process and hard anodizing treatment, prevent scratching, table leveling precision attains ±0.02mm

This set of CCD Screen printing Machine mainly combined with a feeding machine, feeding box , a screen printer , winding box, UV dryer and winding machine . There are different feeding machine for option , UV dryer is also can be assembled on printer or assembled on winding machine.
1. The effective printing area is 600*600mm;
2. The whole process of silk screen printing is in anti-scratch mode (that is, the upper and lower surfaces of the material must not have sliding friction with other objects);
3. The adjustment height of the screen from the screen printing table is about 350mm;
4. The aperture distance of the CCD glass window is increased, which is convenient for CCD identification;
5. The air blowing under the table is controlled by a 16-point solenoid valve, so that the material is evenly suspended and must not stick to the screen;
6. The cutting knife uses inlaid tungsten steel sheet, which is easy to disassemble and maintain;
7. The rectification mode of the air shaft of the coil feeder is the air shaft rectification;
8. The height of the whole machine is 900mm above the ground, and the installation method of the scraper cylinder adopts a convenient disassembly mechanism, which is convenient for operation and maintenance;
9. When the grating is blocked, the equipment will stop running, and the equipment will automatically move when there is no blocking;
10. The cutting part adopts the fixed-length mode, no need to track the sensor;
