Punch Configuration and Features
In the hardware control system, Japan's special motion control chip is used, and the curve acceleration scheme is adopted to make the machine operate with high speed and low vibration, thereby improving the operating efficiency of the machine and the service life of the machine. The German Bagra stepper motor is used, which has low noise, fast running speed, and especially accurate positioning, which is a necessary condition to ensure the accuracy of the equipment. Using Japan's Sony industrial CCD high-definition black and white image sensor, the scanning rate is as high as 100 frames per second, which lays a strong foundation for high-speed image capture. Using the US II-VI optical lens, the curvature of light is very small, which ensures the clarity and fidelity of the image, which is a prerequisite for ensuring the accuracy of the equipment. The software control system is developed by our engineers with the help of years of in-depth research on computer graphics, combined with practice, and through repeated verification in practice. The program code is logically well thought out, has high execution efficiency, and has strong intelligent analysis capabilities. It can effectively discard the fake and save the real graphics entering the CCD camera field of view, compare and confirm samples, and has the advantages of fast recognition speed, high resolution ability, and bullseye. Identify salient features such as accuracy. The equipment intelligently controls the retraction stroke of the die to ensure that the upper and lower ends of the die do not touch the bottom during the stamping process, thereby eliminating the harsh impact sound when the die is stretched and reaching the top, realizing the mute effect of the equipment and making the equipment more humane change.

The height of the frame is about 50-55cm, that means you can put a stack of about 55cm height of material on this frame, and machine will automatically punch till the material consumed.
1. Adjust the position of the baffle plate of the loading lift platform, separate the first sheet from the next sheet through the air nozzle, and wait for the loading manipulator to take the material.
2. Under the action of the feeding manipulator arm and the air nozzle, the sheet material is separated and sent to the specified position on the left side of the punching machine platform.
3. Adjust the reclaiming manipulator to a suitable position, and adjust the material blocking position of the reclaiming lifting platform.
4. The reclaiming manipulator reclaims the material from the right side of the platform, and sends the piece of material to the reclaiming lifting platform.
