The height of the frame is about 50-55cm, which means you can put a stack of about 55cm height of material on this frame, and the machine will automatically punch till the material is consumed.
1. Adjust the position of the baffle plate of the loading lift platform, separate the first sheet from the next sheet through the air nozzle, and wait for the loading manipulator to take the material.
2. Under the action of the feeding manipulator arm and the air nozzle, the sheet material is separated and sent to the specified position on the left side of the punching machine platform.
3. Adjust the reclaiming manipulator to a suitable position, and adjust the material blocking position of the reclaiming lifting platform.
4. The reclaiming manipulator reclaims the material from the right side of the platform and sends the piece of material to the reclaiming lifting platform.

Packing remark:
The Automatic CCD alignment hole punching machine will be packed in strict safety before transportation. As shown in the figure above. Try to ensure that no damage occurs in the course of transportation.
Due to the large size and heavy mass of the printing equipment, we generally use sea or road transport for transportation. You can choose to transport by sea route or by China-Europe Railway Express. As for the terms of trade, we usually adopt EXW, FOB or CIF.
