Hiding power, but avoid overlapping colors and ghosting. In the printing process, the problems that are easy to occur and the methods to avoid them are roughly as follows:
①Inaccurate overprinting
For products with strict overprinting requirements, the size and tightness of the screen frame should be selected to be consistent when making plates; the direction of the overprint graphics on the screen should be consistent; the screen gap should be consistent; It should be noted that the parts with stricter overprinting requirements should be placed at the beginning of the scratch printing process. This will help to ensure the accuracy of overprinting.
②Ink color is not accurate
The so-called inaccurate ink color means that it is found that the hue of the ink color has changed after printing. This situation should be considered before printing. When the dark color is lined with light-colored or three-color graphics and text, the negative-pattern layout can be used as much as possible to use the negative-pattern filling method. ③Easy blocking net
There are two situations for this phenomenon: one is that the network is blocked at the beginning, which is obviously related to the quality of the printing plate and ink. Another situation is that the network is blocked in the middle of printing, which is more complicated. In addition to eliminating the residual glue of the printing screen, it is also necessary to check whether the viscosity of the ink and the selected diluent are appropriate. There are various types of diluents, and the main reaction of different models is the difference in volatilization and drying time.
