1. Tunnel furnace specifications: L6000mm*W1200mm*H900mm, (the front and rear are 1000mm long, the front and back ends are each 1500mm long, and the middle UV section is 1000mm long)

6. The power part adopts 0.5HP gear reduction motor 1:30 with 1 set of 0.5HP Delixi inverter. The head and tail drive shafts are made of φ30*L600mm chrome-plated steel with bearings, gears, chains, rods, etc. 1 set. All drive shafts are installed outside the insulation cotton to prevent the bearings from being easily damaged due to high temperatures.
7. The wind transport adopts the upper and lower wind transport method, and the wind transport motor adopts 1HP motor with 1 set of 10.5-inch blades. The upper and lower air outlet screens are made of SUS201, T1.2mm stainless steel punching screens. 9. The inlet and outlet are all sealed, and the height of the inlet and outlet is kept 50mm high.
8. The electrical box is made of T1.0mm cold plate, the electrical appliances use Chint brand contactor, digital display Zhitong thermometer, heating control adopts Shiguo power regulator, ammeter, indicator light, air switch, selector switch and Tongbao brand wire and line Slot and so on.
9. Spray computer white paint, and other productions are made according to our company's routine.
