Vility Automatic CCD Target Shaped Hole Punching and Die-cutting Machine
This equipment is an automatic shaped punching equipment designed to improve the production efficiency and product quality based on the punching processing field. It is characterized by CCD high precision positioning platform positioning and cam rotary drive punching and forming to improve product production efficiency and product quality.
The device's target hole breaks away from the conventional circular hole. It can recognize square holes, triangles, and other unconventional shapes of targets. Direct punching and forming, no additional processing steps are required. The machine also has a die-cutting function, which allows for precise alignment die-cutting with an accuracy of 0.02mm by changing the flat die.

Punching power mechanism: servo motor provides power to drive the camshaft to rotate and the cams rotate to form eccentric differential section to complete the punching action. To complete the punching and cutting action; "die shaking hand" is used for up and down die rule for die setting and die changing.
