Membrane switch screen printer provides solution of high precision printing multi-layer graphic overlay or circuits, which contains the graphic elements, and circuits that includes conductive tracks, metal domes, circuit tail and terminals, and spacer that maintains a break between the switch contacts. Membrane switch is a type of operational interface and is made of copper or plastic film as electrical switch for turning a circuit on and off.

Vility flatbed screen printer 1/2 and 3/4 automatic with camera controlled registration are perfect alternative solution for excellent printing Membrane Switch, flexibility feature and simple operation are suitable for diverse small volume production. Also, the print head carriage is configured with swivel angle to attain tilt printing to overcome corners and sharp edge of substrate to avoid mesh torn-off. The squeegee / flood coater can be adjusted skew angle to control ink deposit thickness on substrate. Adding, the equalized air pressure is configured with the squeegee / flood coater to control pressing evenness ink layer for outstanding printing graphic overlay.
Vility cylinder screen printing machine is suitable for high volume massive production, it is configured with automatic feeding, fast and precise alignment, printing and offloading to connect with Dryer at rear side. Also, the auto Stacker is collocated behind Dryer to collect the substrates to save labor to enhance production efficiency. Feature of printing length compensation reduces the effect of screen mesh extension while printing to cause image distortion, such may achieve fine line or sharp edge image printing multi-color. Adding, the configuration of equalizing PEH system to control squeegee / flood coater pressure to obtain evenness ink layer in high speed printing to present high effective graphic overlay.

1. Feeding and adjustment
1) Adjust the feeding position of the manipulator and the CCD visual position of the positioning platform. Feeding and feeding position of feeding manipulator.
2) Adjust the dust removal height and position of the dust removal components.
3) According to the overall efficiency, adjust the speed of each machine to reach the optimal state.
2. The screen printing
After the positioning of THE CCD initial positioning platform is completed, the feeding mechanical arm will send the material to the printing platform for CCD positioning again, and printing will be carried out after the completion
3. After printing, the feeding manipulator sucker moves to the top of the printing table, and the sucker absorbs the unprinted part and sends the sheet into the transmission line.
1) The glass window is opened on the table, the CCD camera takes photos from bottom to top, and the field of view of CCD (customized) can be adjusted automatically according to the size of the material.
2）CCD automatically calculates the spatial position of the material and the stencil according to the Mark point on the material, and instructs the motor motion control to adjust the platform X, Y, θ rotation to position the printing automatically.
3）The cross slide base is processed with integral cast aluminum, running lightly without jitter.
4）Stencil clamping frame adopts pneumatic automatic clamping design, easy to operate.
5）The printing adopts Panasonic servo motor, with linear guide rail guidance, fast and smooth, accurate positioning.
6）Human-machine interface control + button switch, can set a variety of functions and parameters, easy to operate.
7）Safety pressure plate, photoelectric switch, emergency stop button, thorough safety protection.
