I will now describe the entire operation and workflow of the Vility automatic roll-to-roll CCD screen printing machine.
First of all, I will introduce the function of each key on the feeding machine panel of the screen printer.
Here is the machine power switch, the switch up is on, then the red indicator light is on.
Next to this is the emergency stop key, when there is an emergency and you need to go straight to a stop, then press the emergency stop key.
All operations will automatically stop and when adjusted, turn the emergency stop on and you can continue normal production.
There are two forward and reverse switches above the E-stop. The switch on the right controls the direction of operation of the feeding bearing.
The screen printing machine has two types of operation: forward and reverse, when the machine needs to be turned forward the switch is set to forward.
When reverse is required the switch is pressed to reverse.
The switch on the left controls the forward and reverse rotation of the pulling shaft.
During the printing process, when it is time to move the material normally, then turn on the positive rotation and the material will move forward normally.
If there is a problem in the printing process and you want to return the material, then you turn on the reverse rotation.
The bearing will then turn backwards and the material will automatically be returned.
Next to the forward/reverse switch there are two operating panels, the right one controls the tension on the feeding shaft.
When the printed material is being stretched, it requires a certain amount of tension and force.
The digit is what controls the amount of tension on the material.
On the left, this controls the tension of the pulling shaft.
The digit 0 to 10 adjust the amount of tension and speed. The speed is also the strength of the tension.
