Vility Large Size Sheet to Sheet 4-Post Automatic CCD Screen Printing Line
Overview
This production line is a fully automatic screen printing equipment based on the printing field of PC, PP, sand PC, conductive film, glass, paper and other materials in order to improve production efficiency and product quality. Its characteristics are that it can realize the unmanned production of the whole line, fully automatic loading, fully automatic CCD printing, fully automatic pick-up, IR baking, tail-end collection and other fully automatic production line process.
The fully automatic screen printing machine, model VT-10120P, adopts CCD automatic alignment, with two CCD cameras mounted on the lower part of the platform, to achieve precise centering of the product by grasping the MARK points on the edge of the material. The stage is driven by 4 motors for X-axis, Y-axis and θ-axis alignment. The size and effect of the whole line are as follows.
Main features of this automatic screen printing line.
1. The first new design theory in China, modular combination unit can be combined with multi-color screen printing at will.
2. Flowing operation process, automatic loading, automatic positioning printing, automatic drying and manual receiving in one go.
3. Adopt gantry type take and put material mechanism, feed material smoothly, ensure the high efficiency and high quality of printing to complete printing.
4. The whole machine is protected by outer cover, and the gas is uniformly exhausted to protect the workshop working environment.
5. Automatic visual aid function for plate alignment and digital compensation for printing position to improve production and adjustment efficiency.
6. Software interface to set the printing speed, scraping pressure, screen distance and other convenient process settings and adjustments.
