This line is a fully automatic screen printing equipment designed to improve production efficiency and product quality based on PET/ITO printing field. It is characterized by the unmanned production of the whole line, whose processes include automatic tension discharge, automatic film tearing, automatic dust removal, corona treatment, automatic CCD alignment printing, automatic AOI inspection, automatic UV baking, automatic receiving and other processes. The whole line is to ensure the cleanliness of the working environment by dust cover and FFU, which greatly improves the product yield.

The oven is mainly composed of UV machine, stainless steel liner, four groups of temperature sensors, heating tube, heat insulation protection layer, material receiving shaft, deviation rectifying device, film-covered shaft.
