I. Scope of application
■ Suitable for high precision screen printing of various flat substrates.
For example: rigid circuit boards, optoelectronic display glass substrates (ITO conductive glass, touch panels, cold light panels, light guide plates, diffusion sheets, etc.), EL cold light panels, LCD backlight module light guide plates, etc. of various conductive, luminescent, packaging paste printing.

7. The runner adopts servo motor with imported guide rail linear drive, the repeat positioning accuracy reaches 0.01mm.
8. The net frame is mechanically locked, which is convenient and firm to lock the net.
9. Scraping pressure using imported precision regulator control, angle and balance can be adjusted, with a scale display table.
10. CCD lens adjustment using precision displacement table adjustment, accurate positioning, simple operation.

After the initial positioning of the substrate at the infeed station, the vision system drives the alignment platform for precise positioning, and then the printing shift table on the running shuttle mechanism feeds the substrate to the printing platform, where printing is performed. After the printing is completed, the outfeed .
transfer table takes out the printed substrate from the printing platform and transports it to the outfeed station. At the same time, the printing transfer table feeds the substrate into the printing platform.
V. Structure description
1. Rack Module
The frame adopts high strength 80*80*10 square pass as the skeleton, and different shapes are designed according to the rigidity requirements of each part to achieve local strengthening. The reinforced frame module weighs nearly 1800KG and is supported by eight 32 diameter feet, with plastic pads at the bottom of the feet to enhance the resonance frequency and make the equipment run quietly and stably.
2. Printing module
Stencil holder fixed, stencil front-insert loading, manual locking of the screen.
The mesh distance adjustment is set in the touch screen, and the setting range is 0～20mm.
Printing / ink return - constant speed and independently adjustable.
Printing drive - servo motor drive, no crawl at low speed, no jitter at high speed.
Printing stroke - can be set according to product specifications photo eye adjustment
Scraper frame - Scraper frame is automatic balance structure, angle can be adjusted, flexible action, strong rigidity.
Squeegee pressure - Squeegee pressure is controlled by a precision regulator.

3. Feed module, discharge module
The infeed and outfeed modules are powered by speed-controlled motors with arbitrary speed control and infinitely variable speed for stable operation. The use of belt as the carrier of the substrate increases the friction with the substrate and prevents displacement in conveying.The conveyor belt can be connected to the tunnel furnace for drying. After drying, the glass can proceed to a second printing.
