Machine Description:
Automatic Roll to Roll Label Printing Machine is designed to print on film material in roll, such as PET, PVC, PE, PV, PP, PC, BOPP, Adhesive Stickers film, etc.
This Automatic Roll to Roll Label Printing Machine is composed of a feeder, a printing unit and a hot air dryer.
The feeder has dust removal rollers, it is able to alarm when the roll material run out.
The printing unit table has vaccum to fix PET film in position to ensure printing accuracy. It is equipped with three photocell sensors for automatic registration.
The hot air dryer has 30m, 60m and 80m length pass for option. It is able to cool and wind cured film into a roll after being dried.
High level of automation, only one people can operator the the whole printing line.
High printing accuracy, multi color overprint can be done on the machine.
High productivity, production capacity equal to six sets of semi-automatic screen printing machine
1: Application Scope
This machine is widely used in FPC,PET, PVC, varies of label,transfer paper (film), floor heating film, geothermal film, electro thermal film, color paper, film, name plate, flexible circuit board, mobile phone keys, Membrane switch, trademark printing, scratch CARDS, self-adhesive stickers, paper, ribbon, aluminum foil and copper foil this roll material silk screen printing.
2: Features and performance
A: Main machine feature---screen printing machine
(1). CCD automatic alignment system, if the similarity is not within the setting range, any abnormal, it will stop and automatically start adjust the alignment successful and continue to work.
(2). Using numerical control motor, printing speed, return to the ink speed can be set in a random block.
(3). Using numerical control motor, printing distance, return to the ink distance can be set in a random data.
(4). Automatic computing printing, and calculate the qty, and printing can be set automatically stop.
(5). photoelectric control feeding and discharging to avoid the surface damage of substrates, can improve the printing quality.
B: The Feeder features:
(1).Unwinding speed regulation
The unwinding shaft detects the residual amount of material (web) and controls the feed amount and tension in conjunction with the winding shaft.
(2).Web Guide Units
Adjust the web to the printing position by the movement of the unwinding shaft (laterally slides) and the guide roller (tilts) according to the web edge sensor.
(3)Delaminator Peels the protective film while feeding the web. The web does not get damage since both work run at the same speed.
(4).Static eliminator bar.
(5).Dust Cleaning device.
C: The dryer features:
(1).Circulating hot air drying, temperature adjustable, automatic winding.
(2).The oven cover an small area, 32-60 meters length, which can realize low temperature drying, ensure printed material no shrinkage deformation, multicolor printing.
(3).Air turn bars enable to transport web without contacting the printed surface.
(4).Space-saving achieved by vertical conveyance.
(5).Input/output control via the operation panel at the printing section.
