Product Introduction
Automatic flat tag die-cutting and creasing machine is the key equipment for die-cutting and creasing, cold pressing and embossing of various paper products and films such as paper boxes, cartons and trademarks. This machine adopts high-speed flyer, high-strength gripper tooth row, swinging overall front gauge, pushing and pulling in one side gauge, high-precision intermittent mechanism, pneumatic locking plate, pneumatic clutch, overload protection, and automatic paper take-up to realize smooth paper feeding, accurate positioning, stable die-cutting, and neat paper take- up. Microcomputer control is applied to automate the whole process of the machine and display the working condition and troubleshooting method through human-machine interface. The key components, control system and fasteners are imported and carefully assembled to ensure the safety and reliability of the machine. 1.Paper feeding section: Pre-coded paper, flyer structure and sub-feeder structure. 2.Paper Conveying section: Paper conveying table, front gauge and side gauge. Paper conveying table: stainless steel paper feeding board can effectively eliminate static electricity. Because when the paper is relatively thin will cause the front gauge paper and side gauge paper edge curl and affect the die-cutting accuracy, so the use of variable speed paper transfer. Paper through the front gauge, encounter buffer mechanism speed gradually reduced, the paper impact is small, high positioning accuracy. The speed can also be gradually increased to improve the rate of corrugated paper in place, thereby improving the speed and precision of die-cutting. 3. Gripper tooth row: The gripper tooth row made of high- strength hard aluminum alloy is rigid, light, low inertia and high strength, which can transfer paper accurately and smoothly in high-speed operation. Unique positioning and cam movement curve, low noise, high precision and long lasting.Die-cutting plate frame: die-cutting plate frame adopts pneumatic locking, laying into rolling bearing guide, high safety and easy operation. Hard aluminum alloy movable mat, die-cutting plate frame hanging plate loading card, so that the template positioning accurate, firm, and can be reused, can effectively prevent die- cutting plate sagging and detachment. Die-cutting steel plate: made of 65Mn steel plate processed by special heat treatment, good flatness, high hardness and long service life. Transmission mechanism: novel transmission design to achieve high speed and accurate die- cutting, the main transmission adopts worm gear and worm gear vice and specially designed crankshaft linkage mechanism, using shaft tiles to form a connection, reduce the movement gap, avoid worm gear impact, smooth operation, die-cutting pressure, and has a high point pressure- holding function. The key parts such as bottom table, moving platform and upper platform are made of high strength ductile iron and resin sand casting, with high tensile strength and good toughness. 4.Paper Receiving section: Automatic paper take-up, non-stop sub take-up, non-stop sampling mechanism. Rear and side flushers for neat and orderly paper take-up. Non-stop sub-receiver to improve efficiency. Non-stop pneumatic sampling mechanism can check the die-cutting status at any time. Automatic alarm to remind the operator to change the receiving table in time when the paper is full.
5. Electric control department: motor, PLC and human-machine interface, electric control system, various safety protection devices. Motor: The main motor is controlled by imported inverter with stepless speed regulation, saving energy and low noise.
