This is a customized sheet to sheet CCD screen printing line for a French customer in full compliance with EU standards.
It contains three functional units: automatic loading printing, UV curing and automatic unloading stacking.
Let me introduce the loading part first.
The material is placed on the platform that is automatically raised and lowered. The thickness of the stacking area can reach 700mm, The height is controlled by a photoelectric sensor next to it. After the material is taken away, the platform will automatically rise. Rely on the screw to rise precisely. An automatic alarm will be activated when all the materials have been taken, to indicate that materials need to be replenished.
The material is captured and positioned on the initial positioning platform, Relying on the columns on all four sides for patting and positioning. And here is a Thickness Detector to prevent two sheets of material from sticking together. There are also an ionizing blower and several other components on the side to prevent material adhesion.
After the initial positioning is completed, the material is sent to the printing platform by a manipulator. Then CCD on both sides enter the platform for accurate registration alignment. When the alignment is complete, the CCD automatically exit. Then automatically dust cleaning and printing.
After printing, the unloading manipulator grabs the material and places it on the conveyor belt of the UV curing machine. After curing, the material enters the receiving machine. Manipulator automatically finds material alignment position, then grabs the material and places it in the stack area.
When the stack platform is full, it will automatically alarm. At this time, the neatly stacked material can be removed manually.
